Is a group of rare but serious blood disorders. They occur when the body destroys red blood cells more rapidly than it produces them. A condition is considered idiopathic when its cause is unknown.
Symptoms:
Dark urine.
Yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes (jaundice)
Heart murmur.
Increased heart rate.
Enlarged spleen.
Enlarged liver.

Complete blood count (CBC)
Reticulocyte count
Urinalysis
Stool analysis - Protozoans and Helminths (microscopy)
