Perinatal encephalopathy

Symptoms:

  • Long-lividity

  • Frequent vomiting during and after meals
  • Spontaneous wince

  • Too long crying (about 20 hours a day, with breaks)
  • The inability to soothe the baby, taking in his arms and cradling
