Alveolar Periostitis
It is basically a focal osteomyelitis without Suppuration and is accompanied by severe Pain (alveolalgia) and foul Odor.
Symptoms:
- Intense pain.
- Difficulty bearing weight on the affected limb.
- Pus formation.
- A fever.
- Chills.
- Swelling of the tissue surrounding the bone.
